right now, brilliant, motivated students with masters degrees in art history, curatorial studies, arts management, and related fields graduate every year without a clear route into the industry. not for lack of ability - but for lack of the introductions, the guidance, and the practical experience that help a CV stand out and a career take shape.

ART.WORK. pairs those students with working professionals across galleries, museums, curation, art law firms, and more across the field - creating the structured, supported mentorship relationships that can be hard to find organically, and giving both sides something genuinely valuable.
